Genge Construction Adjudication and Consulting
What is Genge Construction Adjudication and Consulting about?
I started Genge Construction Adjudication and Consulting to provide a fast, cost-effective way to bring closure to construction and professional negligence disputes. Most smaller claims simply cannot afford the cost, time, and anxiety of today's civil claims process. If you are not satisfied with the slow process and high fees from other ADR professionals, you have come to the right place.
Whether you prefer arbitration, mediation, or an independent expert neutral evaluation of your claim or potential claim, I will use my 45 years of design, construction and forensic engineering expertise to set a process to achieve finality in a way that is fast, cost-effective and has low-anxiety.
This is possible because the expertise is real; it is based on hands-on in the field of building and transportation system evaluation, costing, and design, and my help in settlement of 100s of cases.
Lawyers need not be involved because my experience includes decades of adjudication - with unrepresented parties. But if lawyers are involved, they will see that I understand their expectations about fairness and application of the law.
